Voor één van onze klanten in de financiële sector zijn we op zoek naar een Logistics & Procurement Officer. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je logistiek beheer, leveranciersmanagement en ondersteuning bij aankoopactiviteiten.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking, efficiëntie en kwaliteit centraal staan en waar je contacten onderhoudt met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe leveranciers.

Jobomschrijving

Logistiek & algemene diensten

Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging en optimalisatie van verschillende logistieke diensten:

  • Je coördineert activiteiten rond print- en postverwerking, scanning en archivering.
  • Je volgt dagelijks de correcte verwerking van documenten en poststromen op.
  • Je detecteert eventuele problemen, analyseert de oorzaken en volgt corrigerende acties op.
  • Je bewaakt de afgesproken KPI’s en SLA’s met externe partners.
  • Je volgt volumes en kosten op en zoekt actief naar mogelijkheden om processen efficiënter en kosteneffectiever te maken.
  • Je beheert en volgt tools op voor de digitalisering van inkomende en uitgaande post.
  • Je coördineert de archivering en periodieke vernietiging van documenten.

Leveranciersbeheer

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor verschillende externe leveranciers en partners.

  • Je verzorgt de dagelijkse operationele opvolging van leveranciers.
  • Bij problemen zorg je voor een goede communicatie en volg je de voorgestelde oplossingen op.
  • Je organiseert regelmatige meetings en volgt contracten, KPI’s, SLA’s en belangrijke cijfers op.
  • Je staat in voor de controle en validatie van facturen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met leveranciers en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om kosten te optimaliseren en tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te behouden of te verbeteren.

Procurement Support

Daarnaast ondersteun je de aankoopactiviteiten binnen de organisatie:

  • Je ondersteunt interne stakeholders bij marktanalyses en contacten met potentiële leveranciers.
  • Je helpt bij rechtstreekse onderhandelingen met leveranciers.
  • Je stelt offerteaanvragen en tenders op en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere interne teams, onder andere binnen Finance en Risk.

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van leverancierscontracten in de interne contractendatabase.
  • Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen bij het correct beheren en opvolgen van leverancierscontracten.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten rond de verdere optimalisatie van contractmanagementprocessen en -tools.

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en vlot kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken en stakeholders.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte en pragmatische mindset.
  • Goede onderhandelings- en commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Een echte teamspirit, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig werken.
  • De nodige flexibiliteit om je aan te passen aan veranderende situaties en prioriteiten.
  • Een proactieve houding: je neemt graag initiatief en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
