Heb jij het in je om de logistieke motor van een wereldwijde voedingsgigant optimaal te laten draaien? Voor onze partner - een sterk groeiende speler met een state-of-the-art en ecologische vestiging rond Kortrijk - zoeken we een doelgerichte Logistics Supervisor. Jij bent de cruciale schakel tussen de magazijnvloer, de tactische planning en de overige afdelingen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Inspirerend leiderschap: Je trekt de kar voor een team van 30 tot 50 magazijnmedewerkers. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, zet in op talentontwikkeling en bewaakt een veilige, positieve dynamiek.
  • Continuous improvement & methodieken: Gewapend met Lean, 5S en WMS-inzichten neem je de opslag- en goederenstromen onder de loep. Je identificeert knelpunten en realiseert efficiëntiewinsten.
  • Datagerichte sturing: Je houdt de vinger aan de pols via KPI's zoals pick-accuratesse, doorlooptijden en OTIF. Je analyseert de resultaten en past bij waar nodig.
  • Voedselveiligheid & auditing: Je garandeert dat alle procedures rigoureus voldoen aan de strenge normen binnen de voeding (HACCP, BRC/IFS).
  • Integrale samenwerking: Je stemt dagelijks af met Productie en Planning om te zorgen voor een vlekkeloze voorraadadministratie en maximale benutting van de capaciteit.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleidingsniveau & ervaring: Je beschikt over een Master- of Bachelordiploma (richting Logistiek, Supply Chain of Economie) en hebt minstens 8 jaar leidinggevende ervaring opgebouwd in een logistieke omgeving.
  • Sectorervaring: Ervaring in FMCG, geconditioneerde opslag of de voedingssector geeft jou een duidelijke voorsprong.
  • Systemen: Je bent vlot met moderne WMS-toepassingen en grote ERP-omgevingen (type SAP). Analyseer je graag cijfers om processen beter te maken? Dat is exact wat we zoeken.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Sterk in mensgerichte communicatie, stressbestendig en in staat om je team mee te krijgen in veranderingsprocessen.
  • Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, aangevuld met een goede werkkennis van het Frans en/of Engels.
