Jouw rol

In deze functie ben je een echte spilfiguur binnen de organisatie. Je beweegt flexibel tussen verschillende teams en ondersteunt waar de noden het hoogst zijn.

Je fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen afdelingen, processen en mensen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot blijft draaien. De rol evolueert mee met jouw ervaring, interesses en ambities.

Je kan onder andere ondersteuning bieden binnen:

  • Documentation: administratieve opvolging van transportdossiers en documentatie
  • Sales: ondersteuning bij offertes, commerciële trajecten en klantopvolging
  • Freight Forwarding / Account Management: operationele en klantgerichte ondersteuning
  • Coördinatie: mogelijkheid om (deels) een teamlead- of mentorrol op te nemen

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je wordt flexibel ingezet over verschillende teams en projecten
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en overdracht tussen afdelingen
  • Je detecteert verbeterpunten en draagt actief bij aan procesoptimalisatie
  • Je helpt structuur, continuïteit en kwaliteit te waarborgen
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s en neemt waar nodig een coachende rol op

Jouw ideale achtergrond

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, freight forwarding of supply chain
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende prioriteiten
  • Je werkt proactief, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en brede interesse in logistieke processen
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving met veel afwisseling
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt actief mee met de organisatie
