Voor een internationale speler actief in de landbouwmachinebouw zoeken we een logistiek analyst die energie haalt uit het opvolgen van complexe goederenstromen. Ze werken met meer dan 2700 medewerkers, verspreid over afdelingen zoals ontwerp, productie, service en training. De werkomgeving is internationaal, gestructureerd en gericht op continue verbetering.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opvolging van aangekochte goederen op geplande data, in gevraagde hoeveelheden en op de juiste plaats
  • Communicatie met leveranciers en internationale vestigingen via mail en telefoon om leveringsafspraken te garanderen
  • Optimalisatie van de goederenstroom met focus op het beperken van logistieke kosten
  • Rapporteren van leveringsbeloften aan de betrokken interne afdelingen
  • Corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen en uitvoeren bij kritieke leverproblemen
  • Onderhandeling en afhandeling van leveringsproblemen met externe partners
  • Samenwerking met interne teams om onderbrekingen in de toelevering te vermijden
  • Controle en ondersteuning bij verzendingen van materiaal of gereedschappen naar leveranciers of klanten
  • Snel en efficiënt inspelen op onvoorziene situaties zoals planningswijzigingen of last-minute productiebehoeften
