The posting

  • Je maakt de dagelijkse rittenplanning op voor onze bulkvloot en stemt deze af met chauffeurs en klanten;
  • Je volgt de ritten nauwgezet op via Track & Trace en grijpt in bij afwijkingen;
  • Je boekt tijdslots voor laad- en losmomenten;
  • Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, terminals en laad- en losplaatsen in België, Nederland en Frankrijk;
  • Je ondersteunt chauffeurs bij vragen of onverwachte situaties onderweg;
  • Je plant onderhoud en herstellingen in overleg met de garage;
  • Je verwerkt dagrapporten en signaleert afwijkingen;
  • Je zorgt dat alle transporten conform de rij- en rusttijden en klantvereisten verlopen;
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke over de voortgang en eventuele knelpunten.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een logistieke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt ervaring met bulktransport of sterke affiniteit met de sector;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de rij- en rusttijdenregelgeving;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de meeste andere courante MS Office toepassingen;
  • Je bent stressbestendig, communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en je houdt van teamwerk;
  • Je bent flexibel qua uren en beschikbaarheid;
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een afwisselend urensysteem waarbij je de ene week van 6u30 tot 17u werkt en de andere van 9u tot 15u. In de lange week ben je ook standby ’s avonds en ‘s nachts om eventuele problemen van chauffeurs op te nemen.
