The posting

Voor onze klant, een stabiele en groeiende KMO actief in de bouwsector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Bediende & Transportplanning. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse logistieke opvolging en transportplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten en leveringen efficiënt worden ingepland en opgevolgd en bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, werfleiders, leveranciers en klanten. Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning onverwacht wijzigt of bijgestuurd moet worden.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opmaak, coördinatie en opvolging van de dagelijkse transportplanning;
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van transporten en leveringen;
  • Dagelijkse communicatie en afstemming met chauffeurs, werfleiders, leveranciers en klanten;
  • Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van logistieke gegevens;
  • Opvolging van arbeidsmiddelen, materialen en beschikbaarheden;
  • Anticiperen op mogelijke planningsproblemen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Signaleren en oplossen van logistieke en planningsproblemen;
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning binnen de logistieke afdeling.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • Je bent organisatorisch ingesteld en kan goed prioriteiten bepalen;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet flexibel om te gaan met wijzigingen in de planning;
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt vlot samen met verschillende partijen;
  • Je hebt een praktische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Je hebt interesse in logistiek en transportplanning;
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, transportplanning of de bouwsector is een mooie troef;
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van het Frans en Engels om vlot te kunnen communiceren met collega's en chauffeurs;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag meedenkt met de organisatie.
