Wat ga je doen?

Als Logistiek Bediende zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve en praktische opvolging van goederenstromen vlot verloopt. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en interne afdelingen.

• Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen en leveringen administratief op.

  • ull; Je plant en coördineert transporten en zendingen.
  • ull; Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs.
  • ull; Je maakt de nodige transport- en verzenddocumenten op en controleert deze.
  • ull; Je volgt levertermijnen nauwgezet op en informeert betrokken partijen bij wijzigingen.
  • ull; Je verwerkt gegevens correct in het ERP-systeem en houdt dossiers up-to-date.
  • ull; Je controleert binnenkomende en uitgaande goederen administratief.
  • ull; Je behandelt vragen rond leveringen, voorraad en transport.
  • ull; Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van magazijn, aankoop, verkoop en customer service.
  • ull; Je signaleert problemen of vertragingen en zoekt naar een snelle en praktische oplossing.

We zoeken iemand die houdt van de combinatie tussen administratie, communicatie en logistieke opvolging.

• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een logistieke of administratieve functie.

  • ull; Een opleiding binnen logistiek, transport, administratie of supply chain is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • ull; Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen.
  • ull; Je bent vlot met MS Office, waaronder Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • ull; Ervaring met een ERP- of logistiek systeem is mooi meegenomen.
  • ull; Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een sterke troef.
  • ull; Je bent klantgericht en communicatief en houdt van dagelijks contact met verschillende partijen.
  • ull; Je kunt goed omgaan met veranderende planningen en onverwachte situaties.
  • ull; Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
