The posting

In deze rol zorg je voor een efficiënte verwerking van laad- en losactiviteiten, waarbij je dagelijks schakelt tussen klanten, operationele teams en externe partners. Je bewaakt de voortgang van dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alle opdrachten correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Administratieve opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen;
  • Verwerken van transport- en laadopdrachten in het interne systeem;
  • Opstellen van operationele documenten zoals laadlijsten, instructies en scanopdrachten;
  • Coördineren van planning in functie van kaai-activiteiten, transportdeadlines en beschikbare capaciteit;
  • Dagelijks overleg met magazijn- en operationele teams rond prioriteiten en uitvoering;
  • Opvolgen van specifieke klantaanvragen en snel inspelen op wijzigingen;
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en interne afdelingen over de status van dossiers;
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers voor facturatie en controle van operationele kosten;
  • Toezien op correcte naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures binnen de operationele omgeving;
  • Ondersteunen van complexe logistieke dossiers door nauw samen te werken met collega's op de werkvloer.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die zich thuis voelt in een dynamische havenomgeving en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma secundair of hoger onderwijs, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, transport of supply chain;
  • Minstens5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen logistieke of maritieme operations;
  • Ervaring met havenactiviteiten, terminalwerking, breakbulk of containerlogistiek;
  • Een goede kennis van administratieve en operationele processen binnen transport en goederenbehandeling;
  • Basiskennis van gevaarlijke goederen en veiligheidsrichtlijnen is een sterke troef;
  • Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en een praktische kennis van Engels en Frans;
  • Goede vaardigheden binnen MS Office en het snel aanleren van nieuwe softwaretoepassingen;
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en flexibel om te gaan met veranderende planningen;
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en klantgerichtheid.
