Jobomschrijving

Als Logistiek Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van de magazijnactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de goederenstromen efficiënt, correct en tijdig verlopen: van inkomende goederen en stockbeheer tot picking, verzending en retouren. Je werkt samen met een collega-logistiek manager en geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch inzicht, praktische aanpak en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat de operationele werking vlot blijft verlopen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zelfstandig organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten.
  • Onthalen van transporteurs en bezoekers.
  • Opvolgen van inkomende goederen en verzendingen.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de voorraad handelsgoederen.
  • Behandelen van retours, klachten en eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Leiding geven aan chauffeurs en magazijniers.
  • Opvolgen van de werkbelasting en de personeelsplanning.
  • Bestellen en coördineren van extern transport.
  • Tijdig bezorgen van de nodige informatie aan externe transporteurs.
  • Bewaken dat alle zendingen tijdig en op de juiste manier het warehouse verlaten.
  • Problemen met rollend materieel signaleren en doorgeven.

Operationele opvolging Je staat nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking op de magazijnvloer. Zo zorg je onder andere voor:

  • Een correcte planning van de reachtrucks.
  • Het oplossen en opvolgen van pickingproblemen.
  • Het oplossen of laten oplossen van problemen met scanners, printers en liften.
  • Het opnieuw inplannen van backorders die ontstaan door manco’s.
  • De opvolging van speciale of afwijkende situaties en het voorzien van de juiste labels en documenten.
  • Een correcte administratieve verwerking van de dagelijkse zendingen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma Logistiek of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante beroepservaring binnen logistiek, magazijnbeheer of distributie.
  • Je hebt een goed organisatorisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Je beschikt over sterke peoplemanagementvaardigheden.
  • Je hebt kennis van CMR-documenten en transportadministratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt ervan om problemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, chauffeurs, transporteurs en externe partners.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht op drukke momenten.
  • Je bent bereid om actief mee te werken op de magazijnvloer wanneer nodig.
