Voor deze functie zoeken we een logistieke professional die nauwkeurig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waarin kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het logistieke proces. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 of hoger - Ten minste één jaar werkervaring binnen logistiek, magazijnbeheer of een productieomgeving - Woonachtig op maximaal 30 kilometer afstand van Oss - In het bezit van certificaten voor interne transportmiddelen, zoals een heftruckcertificaat Wat bieden wij je? Je kunt rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.697 en €3.300, afhankelijk van ervaring (exclusief toeslagen) - Ploegentoeslagen waar van toepassing - Een stabiele functie binnen een professionele en veilige werkomgeving - Samenwerking in een collegiaal en betrokken logistiek team - Ruimte voor ontwikkeling en procesverbetering - Uitzicht op een langdurige samenwerking Zo ziet jouw werkdag er uit: - Zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen. - Verwerkt orders van begin tot eind en houdt de administratieve registratie up-to-date. - Signaleert verbeterpunten en afwijkingen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en logistieke processen. - Helpt processen efficiënter te maken, voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit en deelt kennis met collega's. - Krijgt de mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen binnen verschillende logistieke disciplines, van inbound tot outbound. Je komt terecht op een plek waar alles draait om goed samenspel. Samen met je team zorg je dat processen blijven doorlopen, afspraken worden nagekomen en kwaliteit nooit uit het oog wordt verlore...
