Ben jij iemand die graag de touwtjes in handen houdt en energie haalt uit een combinatie van magazijnwerk, planning en administratie? Heb je technisch inzicht, werk je nauwkeurig en zorg je er graag voor dat leveringen vlot en correct verlopen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Als Logistiek Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de uitgaande goederenstroom. Je zorgt ervoor dat gelaste onderdelen correct worden verzameld, gecontroleerd en tijdig bij klanten of op de werf geleverd worden.

Je combineert praktische magazijntaken met logistieke planning en administratieve opvolging. Hierdoor ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen productie, klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Verzamelen en klaarzetten van gelaste metalen onderdelen volgens werk- en leveringsdocumenten.
  • Controleren van onderdelen, aantallen en technische specificaties aan de hand van plannen en technische informatie.
  • Correct identificeren en registreren van materialen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en overzichtelijke opslag van goederen.
  • Laden, lossen en verplaatsen van materialen met de heftruck.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles vóór verzending.
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van transporten en leveringen.
  • Opmaken van leveringsdocumenten, pakbonnen en transportdocumenten.
  • Opvolgen van levertermijnen en tijdig communiceren met klanten en transporteurs bij wijzigingen.
  • Beheren van voorraad- en verzendgegevens in het systeem.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen.
  • Mee waken over veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit binnen het magazijn.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen logistiek, magazijnbeheer of transportplanning.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kan technische plannen of constructietekeningen interpreteren.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of metaalverwerkende omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en detailgericht.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het controleren en verzamelen van onderdelen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een heftruckattest.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel, Outlook en administratieve systemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert eveneens goed binnen een team.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
