The posting

Voor een stabiele onderneming actief in de industriële gassen- en logistieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar een logistiek medewerker.

Je zorgt voor een vlotte, correcte en veilige goederenstroom tussen depots, transporteurs en klanten. Je werkt in een afwisselende administratief-logistieke functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • opvolgen van de bevoorrading van verschillende depots;
  • laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en registreren van goederen;
  • voorraadbeheer en inventarisatie;
  • aanmaken en opvolgen van orders in een ERP-systeem;
  • plannen en opvolgen van transporten en ritten;
  • administratieve verwerking van bestellingen, documenten en retourstromen;
  • opvolgen van cilinder- en verpakkingsstromen;
  • telefonisch contact met klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen;
  • behandelen en oplossen van klachten of afwijkingen.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met:

  • een hands-on en verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid;
  • een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit;
  • goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans;
  • ervaring in logistieke processen is een pluspunt;
  • probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid;
  • een goed overzicht kunnen bewaren in een dynamische omgeving.
