The posting

Wil jij mee zorgen voor een warme, veilige en hygiënische omgeving voor baby’s en peuters? Voor onze kinderdagverblijven Kikkerkoning te Berlare en Ziezo te Zele zoeken we een collega die onze teams ondersteunt met huishoudelijke en logistieke taken. Dankzij jou kunnen onze begeleiders zich volop focussen op de kinderen, en draait onze opvang elke dag op rolletjes.

Hier zet jij graag je tanden in

Als logistiek medewerker ben je een onmisbare schakel in onze dagelijkse werking. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze leefgroepen netjes, ordelijk en hygiënisch blijven. Dat doe je onder andere door:

  • ruimtes op te ruimen en schoon te maken
  • sanitair en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes te onderhouden en poetsen indien nodig
  • vuilnis te sorteren en weg te brengen
  • voorraden te bestellen en alles bij levering netjes op te bergen
  • de vaatwas te vullen en leeg te maken
  • bedjes te verschonen en wasgoed te wassen

Je werkt nauw samen met de kinderbegeleiders en ondersteunt hen waar nodig. Zo draag je elke dag bij aan een warme, veilige omgeving voor onze kinderen.

Dit ben jij helemaal

  • Je weet van aanpakken en werkt graag zelfstandig.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, betrouwbaar en voelt je goed in een team.
  • Kinderen liggen je nauw aan het hart, en je draagt graag bij aan hun welzijn.
  • Je beschikt over een bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden, bestemd voor de kinderopvang.
  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
  • Je kan je vinden in de pedagogische visie van Helan, samengevat in onze “waardenboom”.
  • Ervaring met logistieke of schoonmaaktaken is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je bent bereid om je bij te scholen rond de FAVV‑richtlijnen zodat je mee kan waken over een veilige en hygiënische omgeving.
  • Kandidaten die in aanmerking komen voor Individueel Maatwerk (IMW) worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
