Ben jij een hands-on logistiek talent dat graag het overzicht bewaart en ervoor zorgt dat leveringen vlot vertrekken? Voor onze klant in Merelbeke zoeken we een Expeditiemedewerker die instaat voor de administratieve én operationele voorbereiding van de dagelijkse leveringen.Je werkt samen met chauffeurs en magazijnmedewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste goederen tijdig op de juiste laadkaai terechtkomen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat bestelbonnen bij de juiste afdeling terechtkomen en volgt de verdere afwerking ervan op.
  • Je bereidt samen met je collega's de dagelijkse vrachtwagenritten en routes voor.
  • Je plant de routes van ongeveer 12 chauffeurs op basis van de beschikbare bestelbonnen.
  • Je bewaakt welke goederen op welke laadkaai moeten staan en zorgt ervoor dat de beschikbare ruimte optimaal wordt benut.
  • Je maakt de leveringsdocumenten voor de chauffeurs klaar.
  • Je overlegt hiervoor nauw met de chauffeurs en helpt indien nodig ook operationeel mee op de laadkaai.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een logistieke of magazijnomgeving en begrijpt hoe logistieke processen in de praktijk verlopen.
  • Je hebt een goede combinatie van administratieve vaardigheden en operationele feeling.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en kunt goed het overzicht bewaren wanneer er meerdere zaken tegelijk gebeuren.
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator en kunt gemakkelijk schakelen tussen magazijnmedewerkers, chauffeurs en andere collega's.
  • Ervaring als chauffeur C kan een extra troef zijn.
