The posting

Voor een dynamische organisatie actief in camionettes en motorhomes zoeken wij voor de regio Merchtem een Logistiek Medewerker ter ondersteuning van de dagelijkse voertuiglogistiek. Je combineert administratieve opvolging met praktische taken en zorgt ervoor dat voertuigverplaatsingen, keuringen en herstellingen vlot verlopen.

Jouw taken

  • Helpen bij het regelen en opvolgen van transporten van nieuwe camionettes en motorhomes.
  • Afspraken voor technische keuringen en eventuele herkeuringen inplannen en praktisch opvolgen.
  • Voertuigen naar garages of werkplaatsen brengen of laten brengen voor onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Contact opnemen met garages, keuringscentra, leveranciers en andere externe partners om afspraken af te stemmen.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat voertuigen tijdig worden opgehaald en afgeleverd.
  • Instaan voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van afspraken en voertuigverplaatsingen.
  • Collega’s ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende praktische en logistieke taken.
  • Waar nodig flexibel inspringen bij onverwachte situaties of dringende verplaatsingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en denkt graag mee in oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt interesse in voertuigen, camionettes en motorhomes.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met courante computerprogramma’s en administratieve taken.
  • Ervaring in een logistieke of praktisch ondersteunende functie is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een troef.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs C of CE, of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je bent bereid om indien nodig zelf een voertuigverplaatsing uit te voeren.
