Wil jij als Logistiek Operator snel opstarten in een stevige productieomgeving? Wil je graag bijleren en zie je een tijdelijke functie als slimme opstap naar meer? Ben je klaar om te proeven van ploegenwerk, industriële productie en een proces waar elke handeling telt?

Voor een internationale speler in regio Lede zoeken we een Operator Material Handling. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een grotere groep en verwerkt grondstoffen tot ingrediënten en toepassingen voor onder andere de voedingsindustrie.

Op de Belgische site werken zo’n 300 medewerkers in een moderne, technische productieomgeving met verschillende installaties en processen. Veiligheid, continuïteit en slimmer werken staan hier centraal.

Als Logistiek Operator start je in een functie waarbij je mee instaat voor de belading van vrachtwagens. Je werkt bovenaan de installatie, volgt het laadproces correct op en staat in contact met chauffeurs. Het is een mooie instaprol om de productie, de site en het ploegenstelsel te leren kennen. Wie sterk presteert, meedenkt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt, kan op termijn doorgroeien naar een operatorfunctie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Operator Material Handling sta je in voor de correcte belading van vrachtwagens vanuit de installatie
  • Daarnaast volg je het laadproces nauwkeurig op en zorg je dat alles veilig, juist en volgens procedure verloopt
  • Verder heb je regelmatig contact met chauffeurs en geef je duidelijke instructies tijdens het laadmoment
  • Binnen jouw rol leer je de productieomgeving, installaties en werkwijze stap voor stap kennen
  • Tot slot toon je dat je kan meedenken, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en klaar bent om op termijn verder te groeien binnen het bedrijf
  • Eerste ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde vereiste voor deze functie. Daarnaast sta je open voor werken in ploegen en op termijn ook voor een 5-ploegenstelsel
  • Technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en veilig werken helpen je om het laadproces correct op te volgen en verder te groeien richting een zwaardere operatorrol
  • Nederlands is vereist omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften, daarnaast sta je open voor werken in ploegen en op termijn ook voor een 5-ploegenstelsel
