Voor een onderneming in Hooglede zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die de logistieke afdeling mee ondersteunt en instaat voor een vlotte organisatie en opvolging van de transporten.

Jouw takenpakket

Als Logistiek & Transportplanner sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van de transportplanning;
  • Het dagelijks afstemmen met chauffeurs, werfleiders, leveranciers en klanten;
  • Het inplannen en opvolgen van transporten en leveringen;
  • De administratieve verwerking en opvolging van logistieke gegevens;
  • Het opvolgen van arbeidsmiddelen, materiaal en beschikbaarheden;
  • Het signaleren en oplossen van planningsproblemen;
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning binnen de logistieke afdeling.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat de planning zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Nauwkeurig en administratief sterk is;
  • Stressbestendig is en goed kan omgaan met wijzigingen;
  • Communicatief sterk is en vlot contact legt met verschillende partijen;
  • Graag het overzicht bewaart en goed kan prioriteiten stellen;
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt;
  • Een goede basiskennis van Frans en Engels heeft voor een vlotte communicatie met collega's en chauffeurs.

Ervaring binnen logistiek, transportplanning of de bouwsector is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en een goede organisatorische ingesteldheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
