Ben jij sterk in plannen, organiseren en communiceren? Heb je affiniteit met logistiek en transport? Dan zij we op zoek naar jou!

Als Logistiekplanner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en coördineren van transporten van afgewerkte producten naar onze klanten. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, bewaakt de leverbetrouwbaarheid en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen.

Jouw taken omvatten o.a.:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse transportplanning;
  • Zorgen voor een optimale inzet van transportmiddelen en naleving van klantafspraken;
  • Coördineren van retourzendingen en behandelen van logistieke klachten;
  • Communiceren van de planning naar transporteurs en interne afdelingen zoals sales, productie en planning;
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de voorraad en orders in het magazijn;
  • Controleren van de correctheid van producten en voorraadstanden;
  • Je evalueert de logistieke processen en scherpt deze aan waar nodig;
  • Ondersteunen van collega's en kritische planningstaken overnemen bij afwezigheid.

Jij past bij ons en onze vacature omdat:

  • Je een bacheloropleiding (bij voorkeur in logistiek) hebt gevolgd of gelijkgesteld door ervaring;
  • Je minstens 3 jaar ervaring hebt binnen transport, logistiek of supply chain;
  • Je grondige kennis hebt van logistieke processen, voorraad- en magazijnbeheer;
  • Je sterk bent in plannen, organiseren en probleemoplossend denken;
  • Je zelfstandig, klantgericht en communicatief sterk bent;
  • Je handig bent met bedrijfsinformatiesystemen en je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en vlot bent met andere MS-Office toepassingen.
  • Je een natuurlijke drive hebt voor plannen, organiseren en verbeteren om een zo hoog mogelijk service niveau te behalen.
  • Je een teamspeler bent met oog voor, veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie;
  • Je vlot kan communiceren in het Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
