Als loketbediende ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs die goederen komen laden en lossen in de Antwerpse Haven. Je zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroom door het correct en efficiënt verwerken van alle bijbehorende documenten en gegevens. Jouw rol is cruciaal voor het soepel verlopen van de logistieke processen.

Een typische dag bestaat uit het bedienen van chauffeurs aan het loket, het invoeren van hun gegevens en het onderhouden van telefonisch contact met klanten en opdrachtgevers. Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van de lossingen en ladingen, en je rapporteert over de verschillende trafieken. Daarnaast bereid je werkbonnen voor facturatie voor en ondersteun je de afdeling met diverse administratieve taken.

  • Minstens 2-3 jaar ervaring in de maritieme/logistieke sector
  • Bereid zijn om in een shiftensysteem te werken met flexibiliteit (tussen 6u en 18u)
  • Vertrouwd zijn met MS Office en IT-vaardig zijn
  • Goede talenkennis van Nederlands en Engels. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt!
  • Stressbestendig en zelfstandig kunnen werken
