Een chemiebedrijf in Hoboken is op zoek naar een tijdelijk loketbediende tem eind november.

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs en hebt een sterke affiniteit met logistiek.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands is je moedertaal. Je kunt je goed behelpen in het Engels, Frans en Duits om vlot met internationale chauffeurs te communiceren.
  • IT-vaardigheden: Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Kennis van SAP is een sterke plus!
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent klantgericht, stipt en nauwkeurig met oog voor detail. Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Voorwaarde: Je kan een blanco uittreksel van het strafregister (model 596bis) voorleggen.

Uurrooster (Leveringen en afhalingen vinden plaats tussen 06:00 en 18:00 uur.) Je werkt in een tweeploegenstelsel:

  • Vroege ploeg: 05:50 - 13:50 uur
  • Late ploeg: 09:50 - 17:50 uur

Loon: kandidaat met 5 jaar ervaring = 3899,67€

- Loketfunctie is zeker ook haalbaar, wel met de vraag in welke mate de talenkennis voor deze tijdelijke functie echt een vereiste is? Collega's gaven aan dat aan het loket vaak gebruik wordt gemaakt van vertaaltools. Is dit een mogelijkheid of is dat sowieso wat jullie ook al verstaan onder 'behelpen'?

- We geven ook wel mee dat voorstellingen waarschijnlijk pas zullen volgen in de weken voor de opstart aangezien we moeilijk kandidaten warm kunnen houden tot begin juni voor een tijdelijke functie.

Vacature:

Voor onze klant, een sterke logistieke speler in de haven van Antwerpen die focust op technisch onderhoud en efficiënt voorraadbeheer, zoeken wij een administratief medewerker voor het magazijn. In deze rol ondersteun je de dienst indirecte goederen en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling van reserveonderdelen.

  • Ontvangst & instructie: Vrachtwagenchauffeurs ontvangen en correct instrueren voordat zij de site betreden (voor o.a. grondstoffen, eindproducten, wisselstukken en bouwmaterialen).
  • Administratie & controle: Documentatie interpreteren, controleren en correct inschrijven in SAP.
  • Wegingen: Nauwlettend toezien op het correct in- en uitwegen van de vrachtwagens.
  • Communicatie: Schakelen met de backoffice om altijd up-to-date te zijn over de verwachte leveringen en verzendingen.
  • Ondersteuning: Documenten klasseren en administratie verzorgen rondom de verzending van stalen.
