En wil je… - zelfstandig werken aan uitdagende renovaties, zoals keukens, badkamers en toiletten? - lekkages opsporen en verhelpen, waarbij je zorgt voor tevreden bewoners? - werken bij een innovatief bedrijf dat vooroploopt in verduurzaming en onderhoud van huurwoningen voor woningcorporaties? Kom dan werken als Allround Loodgieter bij De Variabele! Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Loodgieter bij De Variabele werk je in bewoonde huurwoningen van woningcorporaties in de regio Nijmegen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan loodgieterswerkzaamheden en hebt veel contact met bewoners. Je verdeelt je tijd over drie hoofdtaken: - renovatiewerkzaamheden: Je werkt aan renovaties van keukens, badkamers en toiletten in huurwoningen. Je past het leidingwerk aan, vervangt sanitair en cv-installaties, en legt soms ook nieuw leidingwerk voor volledig nieuwe keukens en badkamers; - onderhoud en storingen: Je spoort lekkages op en verhelpt deze snel en efficiënt. Ook los je verstoppingen in het riool op en voer je preventief onderhoud uit aan leidingen en installaties om storingen te voorkomen. Het is belangrijk om bewoners goed te informeren over het probleem en de oplossing, zodat ze precies weten wat er gebeurt; - installatie en service: Je installeert en onderhoudt cv-installaties, radiatoren en rioleringssystemen in woningen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle installaties veilig en naar tevredenheid van de bewoners functioneren, waarbij je altijd netjes werkt en de woning schoon en opgeruimd achterlaat.
