Voor een stabiele en internationaal georiënteerde logistieke organisatie op Brucargo zijn we op zoek naar een Expediteur Luchtvracht Export die exportdossiers van A tot Z beheert en dagelijks in contact staat met klanten en partners wereldwijd.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team van expediteurs waar jouw initiatief, nauwkeurigheid en internationale mindset écht gewaardeerd worden. Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde, en dat is precies wat deze job zo boeiend maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Operationeel

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor exportdossiers van A tot Z, van initiële aanvraag en offerte tot finale facturatie en afhandeling
  • Reservaties maken bij luchtlijnen en/of hun vertegenwoordigers
  • Openen en beheren van dossiers in ILS StreamSoftware
  • Opmaken van exportdocumenten luchtvracht en transportdocumenten zoals CMR
  • Tracking en follow-up van zendingen
  • Intensief contact onderhouden met klanten, agenten en leveranciers wereldwijd

Douane

  • Opmaken van douanedocumenten en certificaten voor export luchtvracht

Administratief

  • Algemene administratie en facturatie
  • Credit control en solvency beheer
  • Bacherlor Diploma Logistiek of gelijkgesteld met ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring in de logistieke sector met kennis van dossierbeheer van A tot Z, of een relevante afgeronde opleiding
  • Vertrouwd met documentatie en douanedocumenten betreffende luchtvracht, zelf kunnen opstellen is een pluspunt
  • Klant- en servicegericht, zowel naar klanten als naar collega's en andere afdelingen
  • Accuraat, gestructureerd en altijd het overzicht bewaren over dossiers en taken
  • Houdt van talrijke internationale contacten en heeft een multiculturele ingesteldheid
  • Communicatief sterk in Nederlands, Frans én Engels
  • Praktisch en hands-on ingesteld
  • Teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken
