The posting

Au sein de l'atelier, vous assurez l'entretien, le diagnostic et la réparation de véhicules lourds (camions, tracteurs routiers, remorques, éventuellement bus et autocars). Concrètement, vous :

  • Réalisez le diagnostic des pannes (mécaniques, pneumatiques, hydrauliques, électriques et électroniques) à l'aide de valises de diagnostic et d'outils de mesure
  • Effectuez l'entretien préventif et périodique : vidanges, filtres, graissage, liquides, contrôles selon les plans d'entretien
  • Réparez et remplacez les organes du véhicule : moteur, boîte de vitesses, embrayage, pont, suspension (à lames ou pneumatique), direction, échappement
  • Intervenez sur le système de freinage (freins à air comprimé, disques, tambours, garnitures, ABS/EBS)
  • Contrôlez et entretenez les remorques et semi-remorques (essieux, attelages, sellettes, hayons élévateurs)
  • Réalisez le montage et le contrôle des pneus poids lourds, ainsi que le contrôle de la géométrie
  • Préparez les véhicules pour le contrôle technique et réalisez les remises en conformité
  • Effectuez des essais routiers après intervention pour valider la qualité et la sécurité
  • Renseignez les bons de travail et les historiques d'intervention, et signalez les pièces à commander
  • Assurez l'entretien de vos outils et de votre poste de travail, et respectez les règles de sécurité, d'hygiène et de gestion des déchets (huiles, batteries, pneus, liquides de refroidissement)
