Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Torrevieja söker nu en engagerad, serviceinriktad och proaktiv Mäklarkoordinator som vill bli navet på vårt kontor. I denna viktiga roll kommer du att stötta våra fastighetsmäklare och bidra till att kontoret fungerar smidigt och effektivt, så att teamet kan fokusera på det de gör bäst – att hjälpa fler kunder att hitta sitt drömboende i Spanien.

Det här är en varierad tjänst för dig som trivs med att arbeta med människor, har ett sinne för ordning och struktur samt uppskattar en dynamisk och internationell arbetsmiljö.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som mäklarkoordinator kommer du att:

Ge administrativt och operativt stöd till våra fastighetsmäklare och övriga medarbetare på kontoret.

Bidra till att effektivisera det dagliga arbetet så att våra mäklare kan fokusera på att genomföra fler framgångsrika bostadsaffärer.

Vara kontorets ansikte utåt och ge kunder, samarbetspartners och besökare ett professionellt och varmt bemötande.

Säkerställa att kontoret fungerar effektivt och är välorganiserat.

Samordna administrativa processer och se till att det dagliga arbetet flyter på smidigt.

Ha löpande kontakt med kunder, mäklare och externa samarbetspartners genom hela köp- och säljprocessen.

Bidra till en positiv teamkänsla och leverera en kundservice i högsta klass.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som:

Har erfarenhet av den spanska bostadsmarknaden, gärna från en fastighetsmäklarbyrå.

Har flytande kunskaper i svenska, spanska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Har tidigare erfarenhet av administration, kundservice eller kontorskoordinering.

Är van att arbeta med digitala system och administrativa arbetsuppgifter.

Är strukturerad, initiativtagande och lösningsorienterad.

Tycker om att stötta kollegor och bidra till andras framgång.

Har mycket god kommunikativ och social förmåga.

Kan arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du är en lagspelare.

Som bor i Torrevieja eller närområdet.
