The posting

Initiatief Antonin Artaud is een organisatie die huisvesting en begeleiding organiseert zowel als een activiteit Beschut Wonen als een activiteit Housing First.

Housing First biedt huisvesting aan personen die dakloos zijn. Studio’s of appartementen worden aangeboden met de uiteindelijke doelstelling om gefaseerd tot definitieve huisvesting te komen.

De huisvesting wordt aangeboden door organisaties waarmee we samenwerkingsakkoorden hebben. Dit zijn zowel sociale verhuurkantoren als sociale woonmaatschappijen. De woningen zijn gesitueerd in meerdere verschillende gemeenten van het Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. De beschikbare woningen zijn meestal gesitueerd in gebouwen waar huurders verblijven die geen relatie hebben met onze organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Begeleiding op maat: Je ondersteunt cliënten intensief, met als doel een succesvolle en gefaseerde overstap naar een vaste, stabiele woonplek.
  • Huisbezoeken: Je begeleidt cliënten ambulant door middel van huisbezoeken. De studio's en appartementen liggen verspreid over verschillende gemeenten in het Brusselse Hoofdstedelijk Gewest (vaak in gemengde woongebouwen via sociale verhuurkantoren of woonmaatschappijen).
  • Sociaal-administratieve opvolging: Je neemt het volledige sociaal-administratieve dossier van de cliënt rondom het huisvestingstraject voor jouw rekening.
  • Nazorg en langdurig contact: Je hecht waarde aan continuïteit en blijft de cliënt actief opvolgen en begeleiden, ook nadat deze succesvol is gehuisvest.

Wij zoeken:

  • Een maatschappelijk werk(st)er/sociaal assistent met expertise in het sociaal-administratief werk (bachelor sociaal werk).
  • Geïnteresseerd om met dakloze personen te werken die psychische problemen hebben.
  • Bekend met Brussels werkterrein (ocmw, gezondheidszorg, geestelijke gezondheidszorg).
  • Bereid om personen te begeleiden via huisbezoeken.
  • Kennis hebben over of interesse in het behouden van het contact als begeleider éénmaal de persoon gehuisvest is.
  • Kennis van de tweede landstaal (Fr/NL). De organisatie is tweetalig (Nl, Fr) en is tevens in contact met anderstalige personen.
  • Schoolverlaters kunnen solliciteren.
