Vanwege het vertrek van een collega én de uitbreiding van onze afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een maatschappelijk werker voor 16 tot 24 uur per week . Je komt te werken binnen Behandeling & Expertise , een team van professionals dat zorg en behandeling biedt aan cliënten die door meerdere gezondheidsproblemen beperkt zijn geraakt in hun functioneren. Samen met je collega's krijg je de ruimte om de functie verder vorm te geven en uit te bouwen. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris volgens de CAO VVT, FWG 50, van € 3.324,94 tot € 4.822,50 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week. - 8% vakantietoeslag en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris; - Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - Een tegemoetkoming in de reiskosten conform de CAO VVT; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een pensioenregeling, collectieve zorgverzekering, inkomensverzekering en fietsplan; - Ruime mogelijkheden voor opleiding, scholing en persoonlijke ontwikkeling; - Fijne collega's en een informele werksfeer. Wat ga je doen? Als maatschappelijk werker bied je psychosociale en sociaaljuridische hulpverlening aan cliënten en hun naasten. Je begeleidt hen bij hulpvragen die samenhangen met opname, verblijf of ontslag. Daarbij kun je te maken krijgen met uiteenlopende onderwerpen, zoals huisvesting, financiën, sociale contacten, werk en verwerkingsproblematiek. Je bent een belangrijke verbindende schakel tussen de cliënt, diens netwerk en de verschillende betrokken professionals, zowel binnen als buiten het verpleeghuis. Je we...
