The posting

Wil jij écht het verschil maken voor leerlingen, ouders en scholen? Heb je een hart voor de Brusselse scholen en werk je graag schoolnabij? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als maatschappelijk werker ondersteun je leerlingen, ouders en scholen bij diverse zorgvragen. Je werkt doelgericht binnen de vier CLB-begeleidingsdomeinen en stemt begeleiding, overleg en samenwerking met partners op elkaar af.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en betekenisvol:

  • Je volgt de leerplichtcontrole nauwgezet op.
  • deelnemen aan MDO en zorgoverleg op school
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de school binnen de vier CLB-begeleidingsdomeinen
  • samenwerken met en doorverwijzen naar externe diensten
  • scholen ondersteunen binnen de vier CLB-begeleidingsdomeinen
  • leerlingen, ouders en scholen informeren over het onderwijslandschap en mogelijke trajecten
  • actief deelnemen aan teamoverleg en bijdragen aan een sterke multidisciplinaire werking
  • zorgen voor een zorgvuldige administratieve opvolging van dossiers

Ons centrum werkt sterk schoolnabij. De scholen waarmee je samenwerkt bevinden zich in regio Vlaams-Brabant. Dat vraagt zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een sterke voeling met de lokale context.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken en professioneel team dat zich richt op basisonderwijs. Samen zetten jullie in op kwaliteitsvolle begeleiding en maximale ontwikkelingskansen voor elke leerling.
