Dit is de rolWij hebben ruimte voor ervaren maatschappelijk werkers. Jouw meest voorkomendewerkzaamheden zijn:Het opvolgen van binnengekomen meldingen en het doen van onderzoek naar huiselijkgeweld en kindermishandeling als er sprake is van een acuut onveilige situatie of als ersprake is van structureel huiselijk geweld of kindermishandeling • Het maken van huisbezoeken•Het maken van een veiligheidsbeoordeling op basis van de inhoud van de melding enhet concretiseren van noodzakelijke vervolgstappen • Het doen van (kort) onderzoek (10 weken) naar acute onveiligheid• Dit ben jijJij houdt je hoofd koel terwijl je doortastend en probleemoplossend optreedt. Jijpresteert het beste onder hoge druk, regelt links en houdt rechts volledig onder controle.Met jouw ervaring heb je maar weinig informatie nodig om tot een goede analyse tekomen en zie je snel verbanden. Met behulp van jouw analytisch vermogen vertaal je dehulpvraag naar een plan en met jouw sociale vaardigheden maak je makkelijk verbinding.Oplossingsgericht werken is waar jij voor staat maar durft ook te confronteren waar nodigen neemt initiatief als de situatie daarom vraagt. Daarnaast ben je ook in het bezit vangoede schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden voor het opstellen van plannen en hetschrijven en bijhouden van rapporten in onze registratiesystemen. Samen werken metcollega's en externe partners is voor jou een voorwaarde om je werk goed te kunnendoen. Je durft stelling te nemen en weet anderen te overtuigen. Je houdt overzicht, denktcontinu vooruit, welke interventie is passend en wat is het effect.
