* Entwicklung neuer Technologien mit Schwerpunkt Machine Learning und Artificial Intelligence * Mitarbeit an innovativen AI-Initiativen - von Productive AI bis Generative AI * Konzeption und Entwicklung von AI-Agenten und AI-Assistenten auf Basis moderner Large Language Models * Umsetzung von Lösungen für unterschiedliche Anwendungsbereiche wie Produktion, Finanzen, Forschung & Entwicklung und Vertrieb * Enge Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartnern sowie eigenständige Koordination mit relevanten Stakeholdern * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung praxisnaher AI-Lösungen für produktionsnahe Anwendungen, z. B. Automated Quality Inspection oder Predictive Quality

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence oder vergleichbar * Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Machine Learning oder Artificial Intelligence * Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Generative AI * Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Python-basierten Anwendungen * Vertrautheit im Umgang mit Datenbanken * Erfahrung mit produktionsnahen AI-Anwendungen wie Automated Quality Inspection und/oder Predictive Quality von Vorteil * Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und proaktive Arbeitsweise, sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkennnisse
