De firma is een echt familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 60 jaar bestaat. Ze maken innovatieve, kwalitatieve producten die wereldwijd terug te vinden zijn in diverse nichemarkten. Naast laarzen maken ze ook lattenbodems en afdichtingen voor tunnels en dergelijke. Met zijn 4 afdelingen die samen meer dan €38 miljoen omzet genereren en 110 medewerkers vormt de firma een innovatieve bedrijvengroep die klaar staat voor de toekomst. Ze behoren tot de absolute top van Vlaamse exportbedrijven met klanten in meer dan 80 landen.

Als operator ben je multi-inzetbaar aan verschillende toestellen doorheen het productieproces van rubbermengsels (mixen, walsen, extruderen,..)

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket;

  • Je zal voor het mixen en correct afwegen van de producten zorgen
  • Je volgt instructies volgens de fiches nauwkeurig op
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit doorheen het productieproces
  • Grondstoffen worden afgevoerd met de heftruck of transpallet, paletten en opzetstukken zet je correct klaar
  • Big bags worden ingevoerd in de silo's
  • Je stelt de juiste parameters in
  • Het verpakken van de afgewerkte producten
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving en als operator voor het instellen van machines en het kunnen oplossen van kleine technische storingen
  • Je bent kwaliteitsgericht en werkt nauwgezet (afwegen moet correct gebeuren)
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, kennis van het Engels is een plus
  • Noties, interesse van rubber compounding of rubber in het algemeen is een pluspunt
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af
  • Je kan goed in een klein team werken, snel schakelen bij afwezigheid collega, inspringen op verschillende machines
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2 ploegen systeem aan de slag te gaan of in de vaste nacht (zondagnacht tem donderdagnacht 21u - 05u05)
