In deze rol ben jij degene die zorgt dat de machines draaien zoals ze moeten. Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het hele proces. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Productiemachines bedienen en zelfstandig instellen - Machines ombouwen bij nieuwe producties - Het proces monitoren en bijsturen waar nodig - Controleren van maatvoering en productkwaliteit - Kleine technische storingen oplossen - Kwaliteitsmetingen uitvoeren en registreren Functie eisen Wat heb jij in huis? We zoeken iemand die graag met techniek werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zin heeft om verder te groeien. Je hoeft geen jaren ervaring te hebben - motivatie en technisch inzicht zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
