Wil jij als Machine Operator meewerken aan een productieproces waarin waardevolle grondstoffen opnieuw worden gebruikt?

Voor een internationale speler in regio Zulte zoeken we een Machine Operator voor de productie van hoogwaardige zinklegeringen. De organisatie telt ongeveer 130 specialisten en levert jaarlijks meer dan 100.000 ton legeringen aan bijna 400 klanten wereldwijd.

Op de Belgische productiesite worden metalen materialen verwerkt tot nieuwe grondstoffen. Als Machine Operator werk je dus niet alleen aan een kwaliteitsvol eindproduct, maar draag je ook bij aan een circulaire manier van produceren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw werkpost bedien en controleer je de productiemachines
  • Daarnaast vul je de voorraad aan en stapel je afgewerkte producten op de juiste plaats
  • Met een benzineheftruck van het type H30 verplaats je materialen doorheen de productieomgeving
  • Verder voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en merk je afwijkingen tijdig op
  • Tot slot volg je het productieproces nauwgezet en pas je alle veiligheidsprocedures correct toe
  • Als opleiding beschik je bij voorkeur over een technische of productiegerichte achtergrond, al kan relevante praktijkervaring dit zeker compenseren
  • Qua ervaring heb je idealiter al gewerkt als operator, productiemedewerker of heftruckchauffeur, maar heftruckervaring is geen absolute vereiste
  • Op technisch vlak werk je nauwkeurig, behoud je het overzicht en leer je vlot werken met productiemachines en controleprocedures
  • Voor een veilige samenwerking beheers je het Nederlands voldoende goed om werkinstructies, veiligheidsregels en procedures correct te begrijpen
