Dan kun je hier doorgroeien binnen de technische metaalbewerking. Dit ga je doen Je maakt metalen onderdelen voor verschillende klantorders. Geen lopende band waarbij je iedere dag hetzelfde doet, maar technisch productiewerk waarbij materialen, maten en opdrachten regelmatig veranderen. Je krijgt je eigen machine en bent verantwoordelijk voor een goed eindproduct. Je gaat onder andere: - Computergestuurde machines instellen en bedienen; - Materialen en productieopdrachten controleren; - De machine voorbereiden en een nieuwe order starten; - Het productieproces bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen; - Maten en kwaliteit van het eindproduct controleren; - Plaatmateriaal laden, positioneren en verwerken; - Kleine technische afwijkingen of slijtage herkennen. De specifieke techniek hoef je nog niet te kennen. Kun jij al zelfstandig met een technische productiemachine werken? Dan kunnen wij je de rest leren. Dit krijg je - €3.000 tot €3.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; - €0,25 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - Overuren worden extra betaald volgens de geldende regeling; - Een fulltime baan voor de lange termijn. Dit ben je Je hoeft geen specialist in deze specifieke machine te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die al begrijpt hoe het is om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor een technisch productieproces.
