The posting

Wil je niet jarenlang hetzelfde werk blijven doen, maar stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen? Als operator in de metaalverwerking krijg je hier de kans om het productieproces van dichtbij te leren kennen. Je start als hulpoperator en groeit door naar een volwaardige machineoperator. Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kunnen. Technische interesse, veilig werken en de wil om bij te leren zijn minstens even belangrijk.

Als machineoperator / productieoperator zorg je mee voor een vlot en veilig productieproces. Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van productie-installaties
  • Vervangen van slijtstukken aan machines
  • Uitvoeren van de nodige controles
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen signaleren
  • Registraties verwerken in SAP of een ander informaticasysteem
  • Producten met de heftruck naar de juiste locatie brengen
  • Werken met verschillende machines binnen de metaalverwerking
  • Veilig, ordelijk en nauwkeurig werken
  • Richtlijnen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu strikt opvolgen
  • Risicovolle situaties herkennen en vermijden
  • Afhankelijk van de afdeling werk je als bediener aanvoer, bediener stapelaar of bediener zaag.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een internationaal metaalverwerkend bedrijf met een professionele productieomgeving. Je werkt met verschillende installaties en machines en krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en interesses kan je doorgroeien binnen verschillende operatorfuncties, zoals:

  • Bediener Aanvoer
  • Bediener Stapelaar
  • Bediener Zaag

Op termijn neem je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op en groei je door van hulpoperator naar vaste operator. We zoeken een technisch ingesteld persoon die graag zelfstandig werkt en wil bijleren.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en productie
  • Je kan een heftruck besturen
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd voorop
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent bereid om de opleiding eerst in 2 ploegen te volgen
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands
