In deze functie werk je in een 2-ploegendienst en zorg je ervoor dat machines en productielijnen goed blijven functioneren en het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, nieuwe technieken te leren en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen als Machinebediende? Als Machinebediende ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je bedient en controleert verschillende machines en zorgt ervoor dat de productie volgens de juiste werkwijze en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je houdt de machines goed in de gaten, voert controles uit en grijpt in wanneer je afwijkingen signaleert. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Bedienen en controleren van machines en productielijnen. - Instellen en bijstellen van machines volgens de geldende werkinstructies. - Bewaken van het productieproces en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Controleren van de kwaliteit van producten. - Uitvoeren van controles en eventueel nemen van monsters. - Aanvoeren en verwerken van grondstoffen en materialen. - Afvoeren en gereedmaken van het geproduceerde product. - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen. - Schoonmaken en netjes houden van machines en de werkplek. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
