The posting

Je komt terecht bij een technisch bedrijf met een sterke internationale reputatie in de luchtvaartindustrie. Het team telt ongeveer 100 medewerkers en combineert de sfeer van een KMO met de mogelijkheden van een internationale groep.

Hier kent iedereen elkaar en wordt sterk ingezet op opleiding en kennisdeling. Je wordt niet zomaar aan een machine gezet: afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je een opleiding die enkele maanden tot zelfs twee jaar kan duren. Zo leer je het machinepark, de producten en het volledige proces grondig kennen.

Je werkt mee aan producten waarop kwaliteit écht telt. Dat zorgt voor een sterke jobfierheid binnen het team: medewerkers willen vooral goed werk afleveren en nemen daar de nodige tijd voor.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bedient en stelt één of meerdere CNC-machines in.
  • Je bewerkt hoogwaardige onderdelen voor de luchtvaart.
  • Je stelt snijgereedschappen correct in.
  • Je voert manuele kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uit.
  • Je vult kwaliteitsdocumenten nauwkeurig aan.
  • Je voert eenvoudige preventieve onderhoudstaken uit.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de CNC-programmeurs.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring.
  • CNC-ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar voor kandidaten die goed Nederlands spreken zijn leergierigheid en motivatie minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en neemt de tijd om iets grondig aan te leren.
  • Je kan technische/mechanische tekeningen lezen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je werkt graag samen en communiceert open met collega's.
  • Je hebt interesse in metaalbewerking en techniek.
  • Je bent bereid om in 3 ploegen te werken.
  • Kennis van vertanding, CNC-sturingen of robots is een pluspunt.
