In Assen ligt een mooie kans om leiding te geven aan een magazijnomgeving waar kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en veiligheid elke dag tellen. Als Magazijnmanager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie in het magazijn en voor het behalen van de afdelingsdoelstellingen. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt planning en voortgang, en brengt structuur in werkmethodes zodat processen soepel lopen, ook in piekperiodes. Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager Operations en combineert mensgericht leiderschap met procesmatig verbeteren, waarbij je scherp blijft op kwaliteit, veiligheid (ARBO) en een nette, overzichtelijke werkvloer. - Dagelijks aansturen, coördineren en controleren van alle magazijnactiviteiten - Plannen en voorbereiden van werkzaamheden, inclusief het kiezen van efficiënte werkmethodes - Signaleren van kritieke proceselementen en proactief voorkomen van verstoringen - Bewaken van kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de magazijndiensten en bijsturen op performance - Analyseren van procesregistraties en verbeteren op efficiëntie, tijdigheid en materiaalverbruik - Coachen en motiveren van medewerkers; zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie op de werkvloer - Borgen van een veilige, schone en gestructureerde werkomgeving volgens ARBO- en veiligheidseisen Fulltime 40 uur per week , maandag t/m vrijdag, dagdienst (exacte werktijden in overleg). - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare leidinggevende/aansturende ervaring in logistiek of productie; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands én Engels; - In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en overzicht te houden tijdens drukte; - Procesgericht werken en beslissingen durven nemen op de werkvloer. - Bruto maandsala...
