Als magazijnverantwoordelijke maak je deel uit van een enthousiast team van drie collega’s en ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze aftersales-afdeling.

Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met onze techniekers, service advisors en verkopers.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Beheer je de volledige goederen- en onderdelenstroom

Zoek je de juiste onderdelen en productnummers op

Stel je prijsoffertes op voor klanten en collega’s

Plaats en volg je bestellingen op

Verwerk je inkomende leveringen en zorg je voor een correcte stockering

Leg je onderdelen klaar voor de werkplaats volgens de planning

Help je klanten professioneel verder aan de balie en telefonisch

Draag je actief bij aan een optimale service voor zowel klanten als collega’sHou je van afwisseling, klantcontact én een goed georganiseerd magazijn? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken!

Je combineert administratieve vaardigheden met een hands-on mentaliteit

Klantgerichtheid en service zitten in je DNA

Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en efficiënt

Je bent vlot met MS Office en leert nieuwe software snel aan

Ervaring met Incadea en/of Navision is een sterke troef

Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en kunt vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler

Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Sint-Niklaas

Kennis van autotechniek, auto-onderdelen of ervaring binnen de automotive sector is een must
