The posting

Voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in hernieuwbare energie (zonnepanelen, warmtepompen, laadpalen, thuisbatterijen, airco- en ventilatiesystemen), zoekt Konvert een Magazijnverantwoordelijke.

Wat ga je doen?

De dagelijkse werking

  • Je ontvangt, controleert en stockeert inkomende goederen.
  • Je zet materiaal per project klaar voor de techniekers en volgt op wat terugkomt van de werf.
  • Je beheert de voorraad en zorgt voor correcte, tijdige registraties in ons ERP-systeem.
  • Je voert stocktellingen uit, onderzoekt afwijkingen en volgt tekorten op met aankoop.
  • Je bewaakt orde, netheid en veiligheid, en bent aanspreekpunt voor techniekers met vragen over materiaal en beschikbaarheid.

Het magazijn van morgen

  • Je herbekijkt de indeling en stockeerlogica, zodat de meest gevraagde artikelen ook het snelst te pikken zijn.
  • Je zet processen op voor staging, retours en materiaalverlies, en zorgt dat ze ook echt gevolgd worden.
  • Je haalt meer uit ERP: betere artikeldata, kloppende minimumvoorraden, minder correcties achteraf.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met aankoop en planning en denkt mee over levertermijnen, bestelmomenten en voorraadniveaus.
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en implementeert ze zelf, in overleg met de operationele teams.

  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen, maar denkt minstens even graag na over hoe het beter kan.
  • Ervaring als magazijnier of logistiek medewerker, en zin om die ervaring in te zetten om een magazijn mee vorm te geven.
  • Vlotte ervaring met een ERP- of voorraadbeheersysteem.
  • Affiniteit met technisch materiaal. Kennis van PV-installaties (panelen, omvormers, optimizers, montagesystemen, batterijen) is een duidelijke troef, anders leer je die snel bij het bedrijf.
  • Een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige manier van werken en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Initiatief nemen. Je wacht niet tot iemand vraagt om iets op te lossen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een collegiale ingesteldheid. Je werkt evengoed met techniekers als met aankoop en planning.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Een heftruckattest, of de bereidheid om het te behalen.
