#LiOnsite Location: Schaftenau. Zur Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Produktionsanlagen suchen wir einen Maintenance Coordinator (m/w/d). Der Schwerpunkt der Position liegt in der nachhaltigen Verbesserung von Anlagenperformance, Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie dem Aufbau von technischem Anlagen-Know-how innerhalb der Organisation. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Produktion, Engineering, Qualität und Instandhaltung zusammen und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Standards und Prozesse bei.

About the Role

Ihre Aufgaben

· Analyse technischer Störungen und Ursachenfindung

· Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

· Steigerung von Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Performance und Prozessstabilität

· Mitarbeit oder Leitung technischer Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekte

· Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Erhalt von technischem Anlagen-Know-how

· Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaktivitäten

· Unterstützung der Techniker bei Troubleshooting und Fehleranalysen

· Definition und Optimierung von Ersatzteilstrategien

· Pflege technischer Stammdaten und Dokumentationen in SAP

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, Qualitäts- und HSE-Anforderungen

· Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten

Mindestanforderungen

· Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Mechanik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

· Meisterausbildung oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung von Vorteil

· Fundierte Erfahrung in Instandhaltung, Engineering oder Produktionssupport

· Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Produktionsanlagen

· Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse

· Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst

· Die Position ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet
