Als Maintenance Engineer speel jij een belangrijke rol in het beheren en verbeteren van essentiële technische installaties binnen de industrie- en servicesector. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het opstellen en uitvoeren van asset-managementstrategieën op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde, het signaleren en beperken van risico's voor de continuïteit, het beheren van budgetten zoals OPEX en CAPEX, en het afstemmen van onderhoudscontracten met externe leveranciers. Met jouw vernieuwende aanpak en focus op kwaliteit lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een betrouwbare infrastructuur en optimale prestaties. In nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe partners zet jij jouw analytisch vermogen en creativiteit in om technische uitdagingen te vertalen naar duurzame oplossingen. Functie-eisen We zijn op zoek naar een vak volwassen Maintenance Engineer met stevige vakkennis en relevante ervaring die past bij ons profiel. Jij bent een vakman met: - Een afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde of een gelijkwaardig specialisme - 5 tot 10 jaar werkervaring in onderhoudsbeheer binnen een industriële omgeving - Kennis van systemen zoals Ultimo, SAP en Power BI, en ervaring met digitale werkorders - Een sterk analytisch vermogen en een vernieuwende aanpak om complexe vraagstukken aan te pakken - Ervaring met werken in multidisciplinaire teams binnen een context waarin veel speelt Verder richt je je op kwaliteit, werk je doelgericht en ben je in staat om strategische keuzes te maken die echt het verschil maken.
