Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Engineer word je een sleutelfiguur binnen de technische dienst van een moderne productiesite. Je zorgt voor het optimaal functioneren van bottelarij- en vatenlijnen. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische storingen en ondersteunt de productie bij het garanderen van een veilige, kwalitatieve en continue werking.

Kerntaken:

  • Zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en besturingstechnische storingen
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan de productieteams en collega’s op de werkvloer
  • Uitvoeren en mee organiseren van preventief en predictief onderhoud aan diverse installaties
  • Identificeren van structurele storingen en bottlenecks in de productie en deze aanpakken met gerichte verbeteracties
  • Optimaliseren van rendement, machinebeschikbaarheid en productoutput (OEE)
  • Meedenken en adviseren bij technische aanpassingen, projecten en investeringen
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s en stilstanden, gericht rapporteren en verbeteren met concrete actieplannen
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsnormen, kwaliteitsstandaarden en efficiënt materiaalbeheer
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, elektrotechniek, automatisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedings- of drankensector, is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt graag probleemoplossend, bent nauwkeurig en denkt in verbeteringen
  • Je bent hands-on, betrokken en een echte teamspeler met goede communicatieskills
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit draag je hoog in het vaandel
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt affiniteit met techniek en moderne productielijnen
