Voor onze partner uit regio Roeselare zijn wij namelijk op zoek naar een Maintenance Engineer. Deze speler is een gekende naam binnen de voedingsindustrie en levert hoogwaardige producten aan diverse retailketens doorheen heel Europa. Dankzij een sterke marktpositie blijft de onderneming groeien, met blijvende investeringen in mens en techniek. Kwaliteit vormt daarbij steevast de rode draad doorheen alle activiteiten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitrol van Total Productive Maintenance binnen operations
  • Daarnaast coach en train je techniekers en operatoren in autonoom, preventief en proactief onderhoud
  • Bovendien beheer en optimaliseer je de assets en onderhoudsplannen in het CMMS
  • Verder werk je onderhoudsstrategieën en kritische analyses uit voor installaties en spare parts
  • Alsook zet je technieken rond condition monitoring op, zoals trillingsmetingen, thermografie en lekdetectie
  • Je ondersteunt Root Cause Analyses bij belangrijke of terugkerende storingen
  • Samen met techniek en productie werk je aan stilstandreductie, procesoptimalisatie en een hogere machinebetrouwbaarheid
  • Tot slot breng je opleidingsnoden in kaart en versterk je de technische kennis binnen het team
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, automatisatie, mechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je reeds ervaring met TPM, bijvoorbeeld als Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, storingstechnieker, werkvoorbereider of onderhoudsspecialist
  • Kennis van preventief onderhoud, asset management en reliabilityprincipes is een must
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans
