Om de technische afdeling verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Maintenance & Facility Manager.

Als Maintenance & Facility Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een betrouwbare en efficiënte technische werking van de site in Turnhout.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterk leiderschap en weet mensen, processen en projecten succesvol samen te brengen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Het preventief onderhoud optimaliseert zodat onze machines maximaal beschikbaar blijven.
  • Pannes en technische storingen snel en efficiënt laat oplossen om productiestilstanden te beperken.
  • Verantwoordelijk bent voor de aankoop en het voorraadbeheer van technische en facilitaire materialen.
  • Een team van ongeveer 8 technische medewerkers coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Het afdelingsbudget beheert en investeringen onderbouwd opvolgt.
  • Actief op zoek gaat naar verbeteringen op vlak van techniek, efficiëntie en processen.
  • Investerings-, infrastructuur- en facilityprojecten van A tot Z begeleidt.
  • Samenwerkt met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders om projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een echte people manager die energie haalt uit het begeleiden van medewerkers én het verbeteren van technische processen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een technische omgeving
  • Kennis van SAP en TPM-methodieken
  • Ervaring met veranderings- en verbeterprojecten
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap
  • Praktische technische ervaring, bijvoorbeeld als storingstechnieker
  • Hands-on ingesteld en resultaatgericht
