De functie inhoud Hoe ziet een dag eruit als Maintenance Ingenieur?

  • In de afdeling optical sorting denk je samen in team probleemoplossend mee in het formuleren van verbetervoorstellen voor terugkerende kwaliteitsissues.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor de technische training van de operatoren voor het instellen en het gebruik van de machines. Je bent ook hun aanspreekpunt voor (technisch) advies en assistentie.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door technologie, automatisering en processturingen en hebt een oog voor optimalisaties.
  • Ook komt er wat administratie bij kijken bijvoorbeeld omtrent de planning en de registratie van interventies of de aankoop van wisselstukken.
  • Technische problemen, defecten en storingen spoor je op om productiestilstanden tot het minimum te beperken. Hierbij voer je zelf ook reparaties uit zodat de machines steeds gebruiksklaar zijn.
  • De opmaak van de preventieve onderhoudsplanning is dan ook jouw verantwoordelijkheid en je zorgt ervoor dat deze wordt nageleefd.
  • Binnen de Maintenance afdeling ben je in het team Optisch Sorteren, samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de optimale werking van het machinepark.

  • Een bachelor diploma in een technische richting is mooi meegenomen of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Naast het Nederlands, durf je jou ook uit te drukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je denkt niet in problemen, maar proactief in oplossingen.
  • Verder ben je communicatief, een echte team player en kan je goed om met stress situaties.
