The posting

Wij zoeken een ervaren Maintenance Manager die techniek, people management en continuous improvement combineert. Je krijgt een sleutelrol binnen de technische organisatie en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager.

Jouw rol

  • Je stuurt rechtstreeks een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers aan en coördineert indirect een 20-tal elektro- en mechanische techniekers. Je zorgt voor een sterke onderhoudsorganisatie waarin veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en kwaliteit centraal staan.
  • Je bouwt verder aan een preventieve onderhoudscultuur, analyseert storingen en onderhoudsdata en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties. Daarnaast bewaak je budgetten, begeleid je technische projecten en verandertrajecten en werk je nauw samen met productie, engineering en andere stakeholders.
  • Als people manager coach en ontwikkel je je team, stimuleer je eigenaarschap en zorg je voor een constructieve samenwerking.
  • Min. 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een technische omgeving.
  • Master Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met maintenance, reliability engineering en project-/verandermanagement.
  • Sterke people skills en analytisch vermogen.
  • Pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Kennis van CMMS.
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels.
