Als Maintenance Manager bouw je mee aan de professionalisering van de onderhoudsorganisatie binnen een Kinrooise productievestiging van een internationale groep. De functie richt zich op het omvormen van een voornamelijk reactieve onderhoudswerking naar een gestructureerde, proactieve aanpak met duidelijke prioriteiten, beter beheer van technische kennis en meer grip op stilstanden, spare parts en werkmiddelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Onderhoudsorganisatie en dagelijkse werking

  • Brengt de huidige onderhoudswerking, technische knelpunten en grootste risico's in kaart.
  • Zet structuur op in de dagelijkse opvolging van storingen, interventies en prioriteiten.
  • Ondersteunt de ploegbaas en techniekers in het professioneel organiseren van onderhoudstaken.
  • Legt de basis voor preventief onderhoud en een meer planmatige aanpak.
  • Besteedt specifieke aandacht aan de carrouselhallen, waar technische stilstanden een grote operationele impact kunnen hebben.
  • Bouwt mee aan een duidelijke overgang van reactieve plantrekkerij naar voorspelbaar onderhoud.

Maintenance excellence en structurele verbetering

  • Onderzoekt hoe technische kennis beter kan worden geborgd binnen de organisatie.
  • Werkt aan een professioneler beheer van spare parts, werkmiddelen en onderhoudsjobs.
  • Denkt mee over de mogelijke selectie en implementatie van een passend CMMS.
  • Introduceert praktische standaarden die aansluiten bij de realiteit op de werkvloer.
  • Creëert draagvlak bij ervaren medewerkers en stimuleert een meer verbetergerichte mindset.
  • Verbindt onderhoudsdata, stilstandsanalyse en prioriteiten aan een haalbare roadmap voor verdere optimalisatie.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica, onderhoudstechniek, industriële engineering of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring in maintenance management, onderhoudsorganisatie of technische leiding binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van preventief onderhoud, storingsanalyse, spare parts management, werkvoorbereiding en onderhoudsplanning.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het opzetten of verbeteren van onderhoudsprocessen en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met CMMS-systemen zoals Ultimo, Rimses, Maximo of gelijkaardige tools.
  • Je voelt je thuis in omgevingen waar nog weinig structuur aanwezig is en waar verandering stap voor stap moet worden opgebouwd.
  • Je combineert technische geloofwaardigheid met pragmatiek, standvastigheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op de vloer.
