Om hun verdere groeiambities kracht bij te zetten zijn we op zoek naar een Maintenance Manager die op het hoofdkantoor regio Wevelgem zal gestationeerd worden.

Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Manager zal je dagdagelijkse leiding nemen over een team van een 20-tal mecaniciens. Door een gedegen kennis en ervaring binnen mechanisch onderhoud zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het machinepark. Je weet storingen correct te vertalen naar technische oplossingen en kan de mecaniciens met een adequate uitleg ondersteunen en opleiden in hun werkzaamheden. Verder sta je in nauw contact met andere business-units en filialen teneinde de technische performantie van het machinepark te garanderen.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma
  • Je bent een sterke people manager
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van mechanica en hydraulica
  • Je kan je uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je bent graag hands-on betrokken bij het bedrijf en het machinepark
