  • In de rol van maintenance manager neem jij het voortouw bij het operationeel houden en optimaliseren van het complete machinepark en de infrastructuur.
  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud behoren tot jouw dagelijkse focus, waarbij je storingen gestructureerd laat verhelpen en waar nodig zelf inhoudelijk bijspringt.
  • Je stuurt het technische team en de begeleiders aan en helpt hen groeien via duidelijke instructies en een coachende stijl.
  • Het analyseren van werkprocessen en initiatieven rond continu verbeteren (zoals Lean) vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie om efficiëntie en ergonomie te verhogen.
  • Je beheert investeringsprojecten van A-tot-Z begeleiding, inclusief leveranciersoverleg, het opvragen van offertes en het selecteren van installaties.
  • Zorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige administratie rond wisselstukken, voorraad en leverancierscontracten garandeert dat de data in de systemen steeds klopt.

Profiel

  • Voor de positie van maintenance manager zoeken we iemand die technische expertise combineert met een mensgerichte aanpak.
  • Sterke elektromechanische kennis opgebouwd door ervaring of een relevante opleiding in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een gestructureerde organisator met een gezond probleemoplossend vermogen die rust bewaart onder druk.
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven of het begeleiden van technici is een plus, waarbij luisteren en heldere communicatie vooropstaan.
