Een vooraanstaande en internationaal gecertificeerde speler in de procesindustrie heeft een top-tier productiesite in de regio Gent. De organisatie combineert industriële uitmuntendheid met een warme, collegiale bedrijfscultuur. Om de technische continuïteit en de verdere professionalisering van de site te waarborgen, zoekt de directie een ambitieuze High Potential met leidinggevende ervaring die de stap wil zetten naar de rol van Maintenance Manager. In deze functie word je klaargestoomd om de volledige onderhoudsorganisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de leiding over het dagelijkse onderhoudsbeleid en stuurt rechtstreeks een afdeling aan binnen een overkoepelende onderhoudsdienst van zo'n 50 medewerkers.
  • Je zet de onderhoudsstrategie om in concrete acties rond preventief/voorspellend onderhoud, veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuous improvement.
  • Je bewaakt de afstemming tussen de verschillende subafdelingen (Mechanica, E&I, Asset, Warehouse, etc.).
  • Je werkt actief mee aan investerings- en verbeterprojecten op de site, waaronder technische vervangingen en de voorbereiding van de jaarlijkse onderhoudsstilstand.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het lokale managementteam en stemt nauw af met de Productie- en Logistiek Manager om de procescontinuïteit te garanderen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Master Ingenieurswetenschappen (Elektromechanica, Chemie of gelijkwaardig) en een stevige achtergrond in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt minimaal enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring als (assistant/lead) engineer of teamlead binnen maintenance en bent klaar om de stap naar Manager te zetten.
  • Je hanteert een coachende, constructieve leiderschapsstijl en combineert technisch inzicht met de maturiteit om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels, en brengt mensen vlot mee in verandering.
